Regulations for the Indian CallBreak Game –
Call Break is a tactical card game based on tricks, designed for four participants. This game closely resembles other trick-based games, particularly Spades.

A standard deck of 52 playing cards is utilized, with no jokers included. The conventional hierarchy of the cards within the same suit is as follows: A, K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.

In this game, Spades (♠) function as the trump cards.

Dealing and Bidding
Each player receives 13 cards, beginning with the dealer’s left side. A dealer is selected at random for the initial round, and thereafter, the dealing proceeds in a clockwise direction starting from the first dealer. Each player is required to make a bid for a number of tricks, which can range from 1 to 13, commencing from the left of the dealer. Players must meet or exceed their bid to earn a positive score. Bids may be made independently of prior or total bids.

Playing Hands
The participant to the left of the dealer initiates the first trick by playing any card. Subsequent players are required to follow suit with a higher card if possible; if not, they may play any card at their discretion. A trick that does not contain spades is won by the highest card played in the same suit as the one led. If any spades are played, the trick is won by the highest-ranked spade.

Scoring and Winning
Players earn points equivalent to their bid if they win the number of tricks they initially declared. Additional tricks, or overtricks, are scored at 0.1 points each. Conversely, if a player fails to win the number of tricks they bid, they incur negative points equal to their bid amount. The game consists of three rounds of play or deals, and the winner is determined at the conclusion of the third round, with the player possessing the highest total score declared the victor.
